What should I know as a new consignor?
New items are always welcome.
For first-time consignors, simply bring in one trial bag.
You can create an account with any number of items.
Your computerized account tracks all consigned items to ensure proper designation of all payments and returns.
Unaccepted items are returned to you or donated to charity upon request.


What can I consign?
Current (up to 2 years old) Ladies and Men’s clothing and accessories.
Vintage ladies and men’s clothing and accessories.
Items should be new or slightly worn: Washed in good condition.
Seasonal Items during the following months:

  • Spring: February to April
  • Summer: May to July
  • Fall: August to October
  • Winter: November to January

How do I consign?
Drop off your items during the hours of 11:00am to 5:30pm store hours. No appointment necessary.
Items should be brought in bags only. No hangers or boxes please.
In all cases, we will review your items on the spot.
We will contact new consignors by email or phone with their account information within 2 weeks.


What happens to my consigned items?
Selected items are appraised and added to your computerized account.
Our staff will then put your items on the floor for sale.
After 30 days, unsold items are discounted 20%.
After 60 days, unsold items are returned to you or donated to charity upon request.


How do I collect proceeds for my consigned items?
40% of proceeds from the sale of your items can be collected, in cash or cheque, at any time.
