Front & Company will:
Appraise items.
Make consignor a computerized account to track consigned items.
Add selected items to consignor’s account.
Contact consignor within 2 weeks regarding status of selected items.
Sell consigned items at appraised price for up to 30 days.
Markdown unsold items by 20% for an additional 30 days.
Contact consignor to pick up any unaccepted and/or unsold items.
Donate any unaccepted and/or unsold items to charity upon request.
Manage consignor’s account: Ensure proper payout and return to designated consignor.
Pay consignor 40% of proceeds from the sale of their sold items.


Consignor Will:
Pick up unaccepted and/or unsold items within 1 week of contact by Front.
Claim their share of proceeds within 6 months from date of sale.
Check on their account status regularly.
Provide Front with contact information: Local telephone and/or email address where messages can be left.
Notify Front with any changes in contact information.
Provide photo ID upon request when picking up returned items or payouts.


Front & Company reserves the right to:
Markdown items due to flaws or damage (not initially visible).
Markdown items at the end of a season.
Donate items if consignor has provided incorrect contact information.
Donate unaccepted items after 3 weeks from drop-off date.
Donate unsold items after 3 months from original consignment date.
Front is not responsible for stolen and/or damaged items.
